Time Training Center seeks an experienced and certified

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Trainer

to deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to UAE regulations and global compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in AML compliance, in-depth knowledge of UAE laws, and strong training delivery skills for professionals in finance, real estate, and DNFBPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, up-to-date AML training programs in classroom and online formats. Customize content based on UAE Federal Law No. 20 of 2018 and Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019. Facilitate practical sessions using real-life case studies, transaction analysis, and STR reporting exercises. Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and certification evaluations. Stay current with UAE Central Bank, FATF, and FIU updates related to AML/CFT compliance. Guide learners pursuing global AML certifications (e.g., CAMS). Conduct post-training assessments and provide performance feedback.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or related field. Professional Certification (One or more):

CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)

ICA Certificate/Diploma in AML

ACAMS/ICA Trainer Certification (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of hands-on AML/CFT compliance or audit experience. At least 1 year experience in delivering professional training or workshops. Strong knowledge of UAE AML laws, FATF standards, and risk-based compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proficient in English
