Job Description

Candidate must have strong technical knowledge in IT Hardware & hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, windows OS etc. He/She will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues / queries / problems. The responsibility includes monitoring and analyzing the health status of devices, installation & configuration of hardware and software, managing & maintaining of Hybrid & Azure Domain users.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate must have strong technical knowledge in IT Hardware & hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, windows OS etc. He/She will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues / queries / problems. The responsibility includes monitoring and analyzing the health status of devices, installation & configuration of hardware and software, managing & maintaining of Hybrid & Azure Domain users.
Key Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbfTicketing systems of hardware, software, and networking.
- IT security and data backup and recovery.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Maintenance of file servers and printer servers.
- Manage hardware and software assets inventory.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems.
- Handling Outlook, endpoint-related issues etc.,
- Assist users in connecting to video conferencing applications.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting.
- Mobilization of IT infra setup for Construction Project site / New Offices
- Regular monitoring of AD Join, Patch, software compliance etc.,
