Job Objectives:

- Develop & implement revenue growth plan.

- Maintain existing clients.

- Identify potential clients and propose our products.

- Examine company's competition to develop better business development strategies.

- Coordinate with Sales team.

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to work with the sales team to develop beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

- Required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

- Have thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors for strategic planning.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.

- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- To work with the compliance team to review change requests, gather monthly reporting information, prepare for audits, deal with NCR's and identify areas of concern in relation to compliance.

- Sign off marketing documents with the point of view on technical aspects - viz literature, website etc.

- Analyse/monitor/resolve complaints from customers on the HVAC side in liaison with the departments.

- Approaching Consultants and Contractors.

- Provide technical trainings to consultants and contractors.

- Collect and prepare report on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market.

- Responsible for gross profit improvement and securing new business. Improves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions.

- Forecasting, pricing, financial planning, report preparation and sales development.

- Develops monthly sales territory and account plans to achieve assigned targets.

- Manage all opportunities following standard sales process.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and other accounts.

- Participate in sales activities including: customer site visits, trade seminars, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars and channel management.

- Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads.

- Ensure sales productivity is high and costs are acceptable by ensuring that sales resources are planned and used in the optimum manner.

- Responsible to make frequent client visits to close business as well as ensure that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level.

- Communicate with customers regarding after-sale issues, get their feedback and advise solution accordingly.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC Technical role in an HVAC organization.

- Education: Engineer.

- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.

- Willing to travel outside UAE for business needs (paid by company).
