Summary: The Regional Head for Endeavor Catalyst in MENA will be in charge of cultivating Endeavor Catalyst\xe2\x80\x99s presence and relationships in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). They will be playing a key role in building a network of co-investors, LPs, and community members in the region to plug Endeavor Catalyst into the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem and vice-versa, connect them with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and the greater Endeavor Network worldwide.

Requirements:
Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of, and meaningful relationships with, the venture capital and private equity community in your region to actively support the Endeavor Catalyst co-investment model
  • Own the relationships with Endeavor Catalyst\xe2\x80\x99s Limited Partners in the region and ensure they are engaged with the Endeavor Community
  • Connect with prospective Limited Partners in the region, effectively communicating Endeavor Catalyst\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition, and developing these relationships for future funds
  • Cultivate world-class network of mentors and partners to support the high impact entrepreneurship movement in your region
  • Be a thought leader in your region on emerging markets, and have an opinion showing and leveraging Endeavor Catalyst\'s unique position and assets
  • Working together with the Events team at Global and other Endeavor offices in the region to create meaningful programs and events for the Endeavor Catalyst Community
  • Support our Endeavor Entrepreneurs (EEs) and Endeavor pipeline companies from around the world interested in entering the region by connecting them to the right regional offices, mentors, partners, and funds in your region to help them grow \xe2\x80\x93 working in close collaboration with the Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team.
  • Support the region in finding and supporting the best entrepreneurs by leveraging the relationships you\xe2\x80\x99re building in the community.
  • Building programs and products that engage and showcase the value of Endeavor to the broader community of co-investors and future endeavor candidates
  • Working together with the regional offices\' Managing Directors, Marketing Teams, and EX Teams to deliver the best experiences for Endeavor Entrepreneurs and high-potential candidates

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, or another start-up environment. Strong existing knowledge of Endeavor and/or prior work experience in an Endeavor office is a plus.
  • Deep interest in tech, venture capital as an industry, and regional macro and micro trends.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills - it helps to be friendly, gregarious, confident, and great with people. You naturally build and maintain relationships with key players for Endeavor\xe2\x80\x99s work in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and are comfortable navigating the highest levels of the business community.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Adobe InDesign a plus.
  • Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally.
