The Employees Relations Lead executes and delivers employee relations (ER) activities across a diverse Business lines of the Group. Delivers HR ER services to the business including, conducting investigations, corrective actions, and exit interviews. Manages the Performance Management, Learning and development and engagement activities and programs for the assigned group/business unit Roles and Responsibilities:
Offering counseling services to employees
Participating in recruitment and firing processes
Communicating the diverse HC policies and process to employees
Conducting exit interviews
Collecting and analyzing employee data
Adhering to regulatory standards
Representing the company at job fairs and college campuses
Overseeing employee orientation and training
Managing employee complaints
Communicating and managing Performance, L&D and engagement activities for the assigned group
Requirements
B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field
From 7 to 10 years of experience, (preferred in ER)
Excellent time-management & Communication skills
Leadership and problem-solving skills
