Our client, a dynamic Financial Services company based in Dubai, is currently looking for an Emiratisation Manager to join their team. The Manager will support Head of HR to implement a proactive strategy to attract and retain Emirati talent with a focus on creating long term development plans, driving succession into leadership positions in the organisation, and reducing attrition of UAEN employees.
Please note that this is an Emiratisation role, and only UAE Nationals with a Family Book will be considered.
Role:
- Design, develop and implement the Emiratisation strategy short term and long term for the company through proper benchmarking
- Develop relationships with preferred agencies and organizations to proactively participate in Career Fairs and other activities to raise the profile of the company as" Preferred Employer" of UAE Nationals
- Work with Learning to create a learning agenda to better develop and retain UAE Nationals; further embed the learning and development series specifically for UAE National talent (all levels)
- Utilize internal candidates to create a strong UAE national pipeline to fulfil the senior positions
- Work with stakeholders to create and implement effective succession plans for senior positions
- Drive engagement of UAE Nationals by fostering a sense of community for UAE Nationals, through Emiratisation initiatives
- Conduct reporting to external stakeholders, including MOHRE and the Central Bank
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Emiratisation, Learning & Development and Recruitment, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Advanced Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be a UAE National
