Job Purpose
Assist in identify training requirements & benchmark staff performance / knowledge.
Support in managing branch enrolment & staff performance in completing Retail training requirements
Ensure the continuing functionality of BOE across all teams, problem solving, performance review and coordinate with other teams in Retail activities with relevant stakeholders. Recommend development plan to M-Retail Training.
Conduct a reports & Monitor training needs & recommend changes as applicable to reduce costs by increase staff engagement in the in-house trainings.
Assist in analyse training needs and to recommend training methods and suggest activities
Conduct organization wide training needs assessments and identify skills or Knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed.
Maintain an up to date Training Plan document covering all branches / Retail teams
Maintain an up to date file of all training materials and all training records/reports
Key Accountabilities
Retail Banking Training & development :
Coordinate the identification of the training needs of the branch staff based on staff individual meetings, observation, associated feedback, training evaluation & various reports.
Prepare an annual & monthly plans to train all branch staff across UAE in conjunction with Manager Retail Training at the beginning of the year.
Deliver trainings in branches regularly as per business plan & requirements.
Undertake in conjunction with Manager Retail Training on needs analysis based on review of skill gaps, areas identified for improvement during individual performance reviews, future business plans etc.
Keep a database of training programs relevant for Retail Banking, being run internally & externally.
Develop processes for pre-course and post-course including registration, notification, and follow-up/evaluation of training undertaken, feedback and transfer of learning to other employees.
Work closely with the Emiratisation Manager to maintain close contact with the Management Trainees in order to monitor their progress and ensure smooth assimilation into line jobs on completion of training
Prepares monthly training reports including Balanced Scorecard and SLA. Improve the existing reports and provide regular management reports covering key training metrics
Ensures effective control and continuous monitoring of the training programs
Compile & monitor role-based competencies.
Liaise with other bank departments to conduct training related to branch controls
Prepare a monthly training plan and update.
Responsible for the new comers training track and development plan.
Ensure deliveries of Learning and development targets of achieving the number of hours vs. days during the year

Supports the identification of the learning and development priorities and needs of Retail Banking.
Supports the development of an effective Retail Induction Program via the development of a Branch of Excellence in each region.
The ability to work under supervision of Retail Training, introduce best practice and demonstrated initiative to support the strategic and operational goals set by the Senior Manager T&D and HOHR.
Education
A minimum bachelor s degree in a business related field or equivalent
