Job Purpose:
To handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and provide accurate information to customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive image of the company and supporting Emiratisation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and route calls promptly and efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Record inquiries and forward them to relevant departments.
- Provide information and basic customer support by phone or in person.
- Maintain records, reports, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
- Experience: 0-2 years in reception or call center (training can be provided)
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
- Skills: Communication, customer service, professionalism, computer literacy
