We are looking for a Receptionist/Call Center Agent to join our Veterinary Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Make outgoing calls for reminders, follow-ups, and client communication
- Handle emails, and client inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's booking system
- Provide pet owners with basic information on services, treatments, and clinic policies
- Assist with processing payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism when required
- Support the veterinary team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced or emotional environment
- Comfortable handling and being around animals
- Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software
