We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Full-Time Emirati HR Executive
to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of UAE labour laws, and the ability to manage HR tasks efficiently while supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding, document collection, and HR induction.
Maintain organized employee files and recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Prepare HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of records.
Support payroll data consolidation and monthly HR reports.
3. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for staff HR inquiries.
Assist with resolving employee concerns and escalate when needed.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
4. Compliance & UAE Labour Law
Ensure all HR activities align with UAE labour regulations.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and renewals.
Support internal audits and HR compliance requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
UAE National (Emirati) - with Family Book* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MS Office proficiency.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
Organized, professional, and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
