ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems
within facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functionality, preventive maintenance, and compliance with industry standards to support uninterrupted building operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems including:
CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, Structured Cabling, SMATV, and related systems
.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are functioning optimally.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for system upgrades and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and service reports.
Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and ensure timely rectification.
Support facility management in preparing compliance and safety reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in
ELV facility management, operation, or maintenance
.
Hands-on knowledge of ELV systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with international and local standards for ELV systems.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Industry certifications (Fire Alarm, BMS, Security Systems) are a plus.
