Electrical Engineer - Facility Management

Duhail, Qatar

Salary:

QAR 7,000 (Full Package)

Contract Duration:

3 Months (Extendable)

Working Days/Hours:

Saturday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (including lunch break)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Engineer (Facility Management)

to support our client's operations in

Duhail, Qatar

. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong

electrical engineering background

and

proven Gulf experience

in facility operations and maintenance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with

safety and quality standards

, and managing subcontractors across multiple technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise subcontractors and technical teams in

facility operations

. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

at all times. Oversee maintenance and operations of

mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related systems

. Review and implement

QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and operational checklists

. Coordinate with project managers on

procurement, inspections, and material approvals

.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical Engineering

. FM Certification (preferred, but not mandatory).

7-10 years of relevant experience

in operations and maintenance, including at least

3 years in the Gulf region

. Strong

supervisory and leadership skills

to manage multidisciplinary teams. Comprehensive knowledge across

AC, DC, LV, mechanical, and facility systems

.

3 Months (Extendable).
