Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Management Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building services and infrastructure across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems, safety protocols, and service contracts are functioning efficiently, and that facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

oSupervise day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, elevators, etc.).

oCoordinate with service providers, contractors, and in-house technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance.

oImplement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption to optimize efficiency.

oMaintain proper documentation and records for inspections, checklists, permits, and maintenance logs.

oConduct regular facility audits and prepare detailed reports on system performance and incidents.

oRespond promptly to tenant/occupant complaints and ensure effective resolution.

oEnsure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards (Civil Defense, DEWA/SEWA/FEWA, Municipality, etc.).

oParticipate in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.

oManage AMC contracts and vendor performance.

oSupport renovation, refurbishment, and minor project works as needed.

The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

oBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.

oMinimum 10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in commercial/industrial/residential buildings.

oStrong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).

oFamiliarity with CAFM systems and maintenance management software is an advantage.

oGood understanding of local authority compliance requirements.

oExcellent organizational and communication skills.

oUAE driving license mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
