Position Overview
We are seeking an Elite Property Specialist to join our high?performance team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a polished, driven, and knowledgeable real estate professional who excels in working with high?net?worth clients and premium properties. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong market expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close high?value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for luxury and high?value properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth clients and investors
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with professionalism
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Represent exclusive projects and collaborate closely with leading developers
Maintain an updated database of listings, leads, and market activity
Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company standards
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
Represent the company at premium events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury or high?end real estate sales in the UAE
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client?relationship skills
Professional appearance and confident client?facing presence
Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Real estate certification is an advantage
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
