Key Responsibilities
Represent high?value and exclusive properties across Abu Dhabi's most prestigious communities.
Conduct private viewings, bespoke property tours, and high?level client consultations.
Provide expert guidance on luxury developments, market trends, pricing strategies, and investment potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with elite clients, UHNWIs, developers, and strategic partners.
Manage the full sales cycle with precision, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
Maintain a curated portfolio of premium listings, ensuring accuracy, presentation quality, and market relevance.
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and strategic insight.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support high?end campaigns, exclusive launches, and VIP events.
Represent the company at luxury exhibitions, private showcases, and invitation?only developer events.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, service excellence, and brand representation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in luxury or high?end real estate sales within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of premium communities, luxury developments, and affluent client expectations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions and demanding clients with professionalism and poise.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) are a strong advantage.
