This role is designed for a high-performing real estate professional with a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, particularly in the luxury and investment segments. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and delivering exceptional results in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and manage high-value residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and discretion Maintain a portfolio of premium listings and ensure accurate, high-quality marketing content Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base Deliver a white-glove service experience from initial contact through to post-sale support
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or investment properties In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory environment Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Professional appearance and ability to engage with elite clientele Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
