Role Overview
As an Elite Property Specialist, you will represent the Metropolitan brand in the luxury property market, offering clients expert guidance and bespoke solutions. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless experience from initial consultation to final transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties
Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property valuations
Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings effectively
Stay informed on legal regulations, market developments, and competitive offerings
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy (UAE market preferred)
Proven track record in luxury property transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Strong network of clients and industry contacts
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
