Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Elite Property Specialist to join our flagship team in Abu Dhabi. You will represent prestigious properties and serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

Represent premium residential and commercial properties to elite local and international clients Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored property consultations Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, developers, and investors Provide strategic advice on property acquisition, portfolio growth, and market timing Negotiate and close high-value deals with discretion and professionalism Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and regulatory updates Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records Consistently exceed monthly performance targets and contribute to team excellence
Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in luxury or prime real estate sales Proven track record of closing high-value transactions Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, French, German) are a strong asset UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Professional demeanor, client-focused approach, and high ethical standards
