Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Elite Property Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in luxury property sales, strong market insight, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Represent premium residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
Provide expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal procedures
Conduct high-level property viewings, negotiations, and closings with discretion and professionalism
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, developers, and stakeholders
Promote listings through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and exclusive events
Stay informed about luxury market dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury or high-value real estate sales
Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are highly desirable
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-profile clients
