Electromechanical Facilities Engineer
Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in facilities management, including operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems such as: (HVAC systems, Central air conditioning, Pumps, Lighting systems, Elevators, Water and sewage networks)
Proven experience in supervising multidisciplinary technical teams and managing contractor activities.
In-depth knowledge of preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance systems.
Ability to prepare and review detailed technical and administrative maintenance reports.
Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Quality Systems, or Health & Safety (e.g., ISO, NEBOSH, OSHA) are preferred.
