Job position: FACILITIES ENGINEER

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a facilities engineer to be responsible for the maintenance and facility services.

The Facilities Engineer will take responsibility for the facility maintenance of the properties, ensure that day-to-day tasks are undertaken and lead a team of hard and soft service staffs

You will oversee the planning and scheduling of all resources required to deliver the Facilities maintenance service including parts, labour, etc

You should possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You should also possess good organizational skills as well as excellent project management skills.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Experience: 1 to 3 years Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office. Good verbal and written communication skills. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in fire fighting system and Low voltage system will be advantage. Readily available in UAE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Giving necessary updates to the clients as and when required.

Reviewing and maintaining logbooks for completion of a particular task.

Preparing detailed facilities reports and compliance documentation.

Delegating tasks to junior staffs Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner as and when required Provide and prepare estimates and quotations for works as and when required Site inspections Job responsibility covers the all electromechanical work, general maintenance work and other soft & hard services Provide technical support to the project on all Facilities Systems Schedule, delegate & carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all assets and systems within the facility & share to the client whenever required Plan, coordinate and supervise staffs, consultants and specialist service contractors on the building services. Collect periodical service documents from the subcontractors Attend onsite and offsite meeting with client. Ensure and deliver services based on the ultimate satisfaction of the client Ready to attend all exams and training based on the company requirement. Response to emergency and breakdowns. Following up with subcontractors, evaluating their performance, providing necessary direction, and reporting their activities to ensure alignment with project goals Attend government authorities inspections and training. Routine inspection
