is expanding its team and is looking for an experiencedEJARI Specialist
who has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience operating the officialDLD EJARI system
.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the EJARI system directly through DLD. Handle the complete EJARI registration, renewal and cancellation process accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with DLD regulations and procedures. Coordinate with clients, landlords, and agents to process EJARI documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of continuous experience
working with theEJARI system
(not tenancy contract preparation). Knowledge ofForm A, B, F, and TC
is a plus (but not part of the core role).UAE Driving License and own car
are considered an advantage. Must be able to work fromPalm Jumeirah
