This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Business Development / Sales Specialist in Steel Fabrication. In this role, you will identify and pursue business opportunities, generate and follow up on sales leads, and build and sustain relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify new markets, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, presenting service solutions, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery is also a key part of the role.

Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess market trends, competition, and customer needs
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions
Experience and skills in Lead Generation and managing sales pipelines
Ability to foster relationships with clients and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in steel fabrication or related industries
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
