Key Responsibilities

Evaluate client preparedness for e-invoicing compliance in line with UAE FTA and other relevant regulatory requirements. Perform gap analysis of current invoicing, tax, and ERP systems against mandated e-invoicing standards. Guide clients on e-invoicing frameworks, workflows, and industry best practices. Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports. Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops to explain e-invoicing concepts and the implementation roadmap. Coordinate closely with technical and ERP teams (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, system integrators) to ensure accurate translation of functional requirements. Provide functional and compliance support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure continuous compliance of client processes. Serve as the primary functional point of contact for e-invoicing engagements.

Requirements

Proven experience in

e-invoicing projects

(UAE or other GCC / global mandates). Strong understanding of

VAT, invoicing regulations, and digital compliance

. Experience in

client readiness assessment, gap analysis, and documentation

. Ability to prepare and deliver

presentations and client training

. Good exposure to ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Oracle/etc.) from a

functional user perspective

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
