Senior Manager - IT Technical (E-Invoicing & Integration)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned IT Technical Senior Manager to spearhead our E-Invoicing and Integration Solutions initiatives. This leadership role is critical for ensuring seamless digital integration, compliance with fiscal regulations, and the architectural soundness of our financial technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of the organization's E-Invoicing solution in compliance with UAE (and potentially GCC) regulations.
• Architect and oversee the integration of ERP, CRM, and other business systems to ensure data consistency and process automation.
• Manage a team of developers, analysts, and integration specialists.
• Define the technical roadmap for financial systems and integrations, aligning with business objectives.
• Liaise with internal finance teams, external vendors, and government authorities for smooth project deployment.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and high availability of all integration platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and regulatory changes in the e-invoicing and digital tax landscape.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in leading E-Invoicing projects and complex system integration programs.
• Strong technical background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), middleware, API management, and cloud platforms.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of UAE's VAT and e-invoicing mandates is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
