Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation projects with a focus on

e-Invoicing

solutions. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets from initiation to go-live. Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with country-specific e-Invoicing regulations (e.g. GCC where applicable). Oversee configuration, customization, integration, testing, UAT, and deployment in Odoo. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct client training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. Ensure quality delivery and high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

3-7+ years

of experience managing

Odoo ERP projects

. Proven hands-on experience in

e-Invoicing implementations

and compliance. Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, etc.). Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations for e-Invoicing platforms. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Exposure to Middle East/GCC tax and compliance projects. Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
