Operations Associate/Manager - EV Charging Stations & E-Invoicing (Dubai-Deira and Sheikh Zayed Road)
We are looking for an
Operations Associate / Manager
to lead the daily operations of ourElectric Vehicle (EV) charging network
andE-Invoicing services
in Dubai.Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for EV charging stations, including uptime, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Oversee implementation and compliance of E-Invoicing systems per UAE FTA requirements. Develop and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and operational reports. Ensure regulatory, safety, and data-security compliance. Collaborate with finance, technical, and customer-support teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or IT. 5+ years' experience in operations or project management (EV, energy, or tech preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of UAE tax and invoicing regulations is an advantage. A UAE driving license with own car will be an added advantage
Salary AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 inclusive of all benefits + Incentives on each client signed for E-Invoicing
The first three months candidate will be on a probation period and based on the performance the candidate will be moved to the permanent role.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
