Key Responsibilities

Assess client readiness for

e-invoicing compliance

as per UAE (FTA) and other applicable regulations. Conduct

gap analysis

of existing invoicing, tax, and ERP systems against e-invoicing requirements. Advise clients on

e-invoicing processes, workflows, and best practices

. Prepare and maintain

functional documentation

, SOPs, and compliance reports. Lead client discussions,

presentations, and workshops

to explain e-invoicing concepts and implementation approach. Coordinate with technical/ERP teams (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, integrators) to ensure functional requirements are correctly implemented. Support clients during

UAT, go-live, and post-implementation

phases from a functional/compliance perspective. Keep track of

regulatory updates

and ensure client processes remain compliant. Act as the primary

functional point of contact

for e-invoicing projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in

e-invoicing projects

(UAE or other GCC / global mandates). Strong understanding of

VAT, invoicing regulations, and digital compliance

. Experience in

client readiness assessment, gap analysis, and documentation

. Ability to prepare and deliver

presentations and client training

. Good exposure to ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Oracle/etc.) from a

functional user perspective

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
