Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven, skilled, and tech-savvy

E-commerce Sales Executive

with 3-8 years of experience in online sales operations and a background in the music, audio, or content creation industry. This is not a routine support role -- we're seeking someone who can take ownership, bring ideas, optimize workflows, and potentially lead the e-commerce division as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

o Customer Engagement & Sales

Actively respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, web chat, email, and social platforms Offer expert advice on audio/music gear tailored to customer needs (musicians, producers, performers, etc.) Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide after-sales support Drive conversions through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

o E-commerce Operations

Manage and monitor online orders, including in-store pickups, low-stock alerts, and resolving order-related issues Ensure timely and accurate updates on order status using tools like Zoho CRM, Shopify, or similar platforms

What We're Looking For:

3-8 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer success Strong understanding of the music/audio industry (live performance, recording, DJing, producing, etc.) Basic technical knowledge of audio gear, instruments, or studio equipment is a plus Educational qualification in Audio Engineering or a related music field is a strong advantage Drumming experience is a plus Familiarity or hands-on experience with

products is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM/order management tools
