Position Summary
The E-Commerce Sales Executive is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across our online channels. This individual will manage key marketplaces (like Amazon, eBay, ), forge new partnerships, optimize product listings, and use data-driven insights to maximize sales and market share. The ideal candidate is a blend of a strategic thinker, a analytical problem-solver, and a relentless driver of revenue.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow sales on major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.) and our own DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) website.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new online retail partners and marketplaces to expand distribution.
  • Account & Channel Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key marketplace account managers and online retail partners.
  • Negotiate terms, advertising agreements, and promotional opportunities to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce channels, including inventory sync, pricing, and order issue resolution.
  • Product Listing Optimization (PLO):
  • Oversee the creation and continuous optimization of product listings with compelling content (titles, bullet points, descriptions), high-converting images, and A+ Content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings on marketplaces and Google.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and advertising spend ROI.
  • Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, and native platform dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Forecast sales trends and performance to inform inventory and marketing planning.
  • Advertising & Promotion:
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms (e.g., Amazon PPC, Google Ads, social media retargeting) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and coupon strategies to boost visibility and clear inventory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand forecasts.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to the product development team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an e-commerce sales or channel management role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must-have experience: Hands-on management of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Walmart) is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sellics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated experience managing PPC campaigns and understanding of SEO principles.
  • Strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
