Job Role: E-commerce Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Dubizzle, and other platforms
Monitor inventory levels and update stock status
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility
Handle customer queries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Track and analyze sales performance and take steps to improve
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery
Handle returns, refunds, and complaint resolution
Stay updated on platform policies and promotional opportunities
