We are looking for eCommerce Marketing Specialist with experience Scaling eCommerce Brands:

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute eCommerce growth strategies in the UAE, focusing on revenue, AOV, CAC, and ROI. Plan, launch, and optimize DV360 and programmatic display campaigns for targeted reach and performance. Lead SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost organic traffic and conversions in the local market. Manage email marketing--segmentation, automation, A/B testing--to drive retention and repeat sales. Oversee paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms; create/testing creatives, monitor ROAS, and adjust bids. Collaborate with content and design teams on digital assets (banners, videos, blog posts) that align with UAE culture and brand guidelines. Drive branding and rebranding projects: audit current assets, define positioning, and roll out new identity. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify UAE-specific trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities. Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, LTV) via GA4 or similar tools; prepare concise performance reports for leadership. Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and ensure campaigns meet monthly/quarterly targets. Ensure all marketing content complies with UAE regulations and cultural norms. Coordinate cross-functional efforts (product, operations, customer support) to align campaigns with inventory and customer feedback. Mentor junior team members on digital tools, creative ideation, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience:

5-7 years of proven eCommerce marketing experience, ideally with international brands or startups that were scaled from 0 to substantial revenue. Demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth via paid channels--Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok--and optimizing ROAS.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok For Business. Strong data-analysis skills: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, conversion pixel setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and experience optimizing site speed, UX, and CRO (conversion rate optimization). Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) and experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the UAE and GCC eCommerce landscape--consumer behavior, cultural nuances, peak sale periods (e.g., Ramadan, Dubai Shopping Festival). Familiarity with Middle East regulations regarding digital advertising, data privacy (e.g., PDPL), and eCommerce compliance.
