We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years in e-commerce marketing and lead generation. The role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads, WhatsApp conversion campaigns, global advertising, and multi-platform marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads, drive sales, and scale our online presence across different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation and WhatsApp conversions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and online sales.
Launch and optimize global advertising campaigns across multiple countries and regions.
Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Implement audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing for performance improvement.
Monitor and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for management.
Ensure campaigns comply with regional policies, cultural preferences, and platform guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new advertising tools/features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and WhatsApp conversion campaigns.
Hands-on experience in managing global/multi-country campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other digital platforms.
Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Lead generation volume and quality.
WhatsApp conversion rate from ad campaigns.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) across platforms.
Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
