About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online business on Amazon UAE and expand it into new international markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, product sourcing, listing optimization, advertising, and overall e-commerce growth strategies. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative thinking, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations daily.

- Create, enhance, and maintain product listings (SEO, images, keywords, descriptions).

- Conduct benchmarking, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy to stay competitive.

- Monitor listing health, content quality, and customer reviews.

- Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, promotions).

- Analyze advertising performance and optimize for best ROI.

- Identify opportunities to expand products into new global Amazon marketplaces.

- Coordinate international product launches and manage compliance needs per market.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

- Handle sourcing: negotiate pricing, evaluate samples, manage supplier relationships.

- Prepare Purchase Orders and track inbound shipments.

- Solve operational issues by coordinating with Amazon support.

- Improve product packaging, branding, and customer experience.

- Prepare weekly reporting on sales, ads, competition, and stock.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (UAE + international experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of e-commerce growth, SEO, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to research and benchmark competitors in multiple markets.

- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

- Experience in product sourcing (Alibaba, global suppliers, logistics).

- Knowledge of Amazon advertising tools and campaign setup.

- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
