This role manages end-to-end e-commerce performance across Amazon.ae, Noon, and Talabat for a portfolio of 7-9 FMCG, petcare, nutraceutical, and agri-input brands. It covers listings, SEO, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, advertising coordination, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
- Create and optimize listings on Amazon Seller Central & Noon Seller Lab
- Oversee A+ content briefs and creative coordination
2. Pricing & Promo Strategy
- Manage pricing, bundles, discounts, and promotions
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust weekly
3. Inventory Forecasting & Replenishment
- Coordinate FBA replenishment with ops team
- Maintain stock accuracy and minimize stock-outs/overstocks
- Track returns, aging stock, and removal orders
4. Advertising & Traffic
- Manage or coordinate Sponsored Products/Brands campaigns
- Analyze ACOS, ROAS, CTR and recommend optimisations
5. Ratings, Reviews & Customer Feedback
- Monitor reviews & rating health
- Coordinate necessary corrective actions
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Weekly dashboards (sales, traffic, conversion, ad spend)
- Brand-wise performance insights
Requirements
- 2-4 years Amazon Seller Central experience (mandatory)
- Experience managing multiple brands/SKUs
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Understanding of Amazon PPC
- Good written English
- Highly organized and detail-driven

- Maintain daily stock levels across 3PL & Amazon FBA
- Track inward, outward, returns, and ageing
2. 3PL Coordination
- Manage inbound receiving and GRN
- Coordinate pick/pack with 3PL partners
- Ensure timely deliveries to Amazon/Noon warehouses
