Bright Line Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
E-commerce Manager
to lead our regional e-commerce operations across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multi-platform online sales, growing revenue through data-driven strategies, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands in the Home & Kitchen category.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Oversee end-to-end operations across leading marketplaces including Amazon (Retail/Marketplace/Seller Flex), Noon (Retail/Marketplace/Minutes), Namshi, Carrefour, Centrepoint, Home Centre, Homebox, Styli, Jashanmal, Danube Home, Trendyol, etc.
Brand Portfolio & Catalog Management:
Manage 15+ brands (including private labels) with over 3,000 SKUs, ensuring accurate listings and timely updates.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives and creative personnel to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
Revenue Growth:
Drive digital sales strategies that enhance product assortment, optimize listings, and improve marketplace penetration, contributing to significant annual revenue growth.
Aggregator Business:
Lead the onboarding and growth of international brands via Amazon and Noon aggregator models, including FOB pricing, vendor negotiations, and import logistics.
Performance Optimization:
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to manage campaigns; monitor KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS, and refine strategies accordingly.
Inventory & Fulfillment:
Implement efficient aging stock liquidation plans, improve stock turnover, and enable same-day order fulfillment processes.
New Product Launch:
Streamline listing workflows, reducing launch time from stock receipt to live listing significantly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments, marketplace category teams, and brand vendors to build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Profitability & Trade Terms:
Negotiate trade deals and platform agreements to drive margin improvements and promotional support.
Reporting & Analysis:
Develop regular reports to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5-7 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in Home & Kitchen or consumer goods.
Proven success in managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.) in the GCC region.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
Experience working with cross-border logistics, FOB pricing, and vendor onboarding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce dashboards/reporting tools.
