The position:

Groupm is now looking to integrate the role of media and eCommerce in a deeper way, using data, technology and best practice media execution to do so. This role will be crucial to the success of this business objective. The role is unique as it has the ability to impact the business directly and work hands on with the client and their most valued partners, the retailers. We have a great working relationship with the client team, have a very healthy business and have a great network across the globe to support.

The role is a dual role of supporting the management of GroupM media activations on eCommerce platforms and deeper integration between brand and eCommerce media. The role will work in conjunction with our brand planning teams and a key responsibility will be the planning and buying of digital media across key eCommerce platforms for all GroupM product categories.

Skillsets:

\xc2\xb7 Work well within a busy team, to keep calm under pressure, to be diligent and take pride the accuracy of the work produced. Understand the data, how to represent it accurately and to draw key insights from the findings.

\xc2\xb7 1-2 years within E-commerce, E-retail planning, and amazon Ads.

\xc2\xb7 Amazon Ads certifications are a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Campaign delivery technical knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Has a strong understanding of eCommerce landscape in MENA and an opinion of this important space.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and ability to review/ update processes/ procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Interest in self-development.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience using Microsoft office, including Excel and Powerpoint.

\xc2\xb7 Good project management skills and works well within a team.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in using media measurement and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Support the Head of E-commerce in developing eCommerce media plans.

\xc2\xb7 Work with eCommerce partners in the briefing, development and execution of media plans.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop agency relationships with current and new media. vendors; evaluate new media types/outlets.

\xc2\xb7 Projects manage the implementation of all custom ad campaigns

\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate with client campaign owners to secure advertising assets, troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring delivery on performance targets for clients

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and develop campaign analysis and provide clients with strategic recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Delivering daily, weekly & monthly spend reports based on client requirements

\xc2\xb7 Develop an understanding of the services we offer and how we offer them.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure campaigns adhere to the quality assurance framework and follow pillar guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Produce, use and deliver suitable historical results & insight from reports.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the client, agency status is maintained and kept track of.

\xc2\xb7 Technical Services, support and troubleshooting.
