We are looking for a talented innovative E-Commerce Manager to join us ASAP. The E-Commerce Manager is to reinvent our online shopping, marketing and sales across the UAE, regionally and globally. We are digitally transforming our business, and in doing so, are looking for highly talented candidate to join our team as E-Commerce Manager to shape the face of our online shopping and platforms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a strong partnership with several key stakeholders such as local distributors, local affiliates across the GCC, Middle East and Globally to drive agreed business growth and turnover.
Manage and control the company's Website, online portals and social media.
This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce processes & functions including all matters related to the aggregators, distributers and all other day to day E-Commerce matters.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting sales targets and achieving the same.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales function.
Generating marketing leads and converting pipelines into business.
Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that cover sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Developing sales results through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products locally, regionally and internationally.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Fully manage the accounts P&L, marketing budgets, forecasts, and accounts profitability on a monthly basis;
Responsible for managing the platforms and global marketplaces and ensuring achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
Driving the sales performance by creating and executing online campaigns.
Proactively use data, information systems and metrics around commercials, brand and Shopper trends to increase profit, market share and sales.
Proper set up of operations in channel management and partnership with key platforms.
Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and execute optimization for brand content.
Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns
Working closely with demand planning and logistics teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as sales by brand, new product sell-through and promotion offer performance
This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce operations team.
Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and the local teams for impactful brand presence leading to accretive sales results;
Ensure right presence of top skus to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through online brand pages and product details pages and compelling reasons to drive purchase
Innovate presence and utility of tech and digital where relevant;
Deploy tailor made impactful trade plans for each brand and customer in each market;
Build a sustainable relationship with internal stakeholders and retailers, answering day to day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
Analyze the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the performance of the accounts;
Gather cross-functional inputs to determine company-wide opportunity values;
Develop CRM, social and digital marketing plan for the brands and accounts managed;
Support the development of Middle East e-commerce and omni-channel strategies; Work closely with Global Luxury teams to ensure Licensor agreements are well respected, taking high care of the Luxury image of our Brands;
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.
This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
Requirements in a successful candidate:
Experienced in F&B industry
Experienced in franchising concept
Bachelor's degree in either business or an E-commerce related subject in IT, sales, marketing or any related field, supply chain or logistics.
5 + years of relevant work experience; within a similar eCommerce role
Management experience, preferable in F&B industry and /or large retailers.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with or developing eCommerce operations systems.
Extensive experience working across eCommerce project launches and managing project roll-outs
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, both internally and externally.
People management experience and team leadership.
A track record of analytical thinking.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
End to end process management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment.
Team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Energetic and enthusiastic - has a sense of urgency.
Ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous tight deadlines.
