Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented

E-commerce Sourcing & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team in the UAE. This position combines strategic product sourcing (especially in skincare) with hands-on digital marketing to drive e-commerce growth.

The ideal candidate will have

at least 2 years of proven experience in cosmetics digital sales and marketing

, and be confident in managing paid campaigns, content creation, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Product Sourcing & Procurement

Source and procure

skincare and cosmetics products

aligned with market trends Build and maintain relationships with

reliable suppliers and vendors

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

Digital Marketing & Sales

Set and achieve

monthly online sales targets

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:

Facebook

Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

TikTok

Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA) and improve campaign efficiency Coordinate with design/content teams for high-impact creatives

Video Content Creation

Develop engaging

video content

for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. Create

product demos, reviews, and social media promotional videos

Collaborate with influencers and content creators

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in cosmetics digital sales & marketing

(mandatory) Strong understanding of

e-commerce platforms and performance marketing

Hands-on experience with

Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads

Ability to develop and execute

short-form video content

strategies Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Background in the

skincare or cosmetics industry
