Polaris Technology is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of general experience who wants to learn and grow in sales. You'll support our marketing and sales teams by managing inbound leads, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Call, qualify, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead follow-up.
Prepare simple sales activity and progress reports.
Support communication, documentation, and team coordination.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of general work experience (sales support or admin preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite).
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
