Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, etc.)
Supervise and guide the digital marketing team and content creators
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven reports and optimizations
Manage website content and performance, ensuring optimal UX and SEO
Oversee social media strategy, calendar, and performance metrics
Coordinate with sales and branding teams to align digital efforts with business goals
Monitor trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and web analytics tools
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Creative mindset with a strong analytical background
Fluent In English & Arabic

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
