Job Description

Overview

Handle customer communication through email and phone, including inquiries, guidance and issue resolution.

Manage operational cases related to logistics matters, such as shipment differences and delivery-related issues.

Enter, update and correct data in internal systems, including preparing reports using Excel.

Analyze customer-related data and track key performance and statistical indicators.

Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve workflows and processes.

Support sales activities and actively contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Job Requirements

Ability to plan and organize work independently while meeting set deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.

Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and quick adaptability.

Good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or data analysis will be considered an advantage.
