Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing professional and satisfactory solutions;
Assist the department with document organization and archiving to ensure smooth workflow;
Support daily operations of e-commerce platforms, handle orders, and resolve after-sales issues;
Candidates familiar with the operational rules of Noon and Talabat platforms will be given preference and may assist in optimizing workflows.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus;
Proficiency in office software for document and data management;
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently.
Salary:
AED 3000-3500
