E Commerce Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries on Noon, Amazon.ae, and other online platforms. Respond to questions about products, orders, and delivery status. Process after-sales requests such as refunds and order modifications; escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed. Assist with product information updates and support promotional campaigns.

Requirements



College diploma or higher. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with good communication skills. Familiar with basic e-commerce platform operations; customer service experience preferred (training provided for beginners). Willing to work 9 hours per day, 1 day off per week (shift schedule). Positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
