We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Tender Specialist - Arabic Speaker
to manage and support the preparation, submission, and coordination of tender documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government and private sector tender processes, with the ability to work effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tender documents, including instructions, conditions, and requirements
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations, etc.) to compile required documentation
Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender specifications
Translate tender documents and correspondence between Arabic and English as required
Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and comply with relevant regulations
Maintain and update a tender tracking system and database of submitted proposals
Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and keep the business development team informed
Handle post-submission follow-up, clarification requests, and contract award processes
Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the tender lifecycle
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(both written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in tendering, proposal coordination, or contracts administration
Strong understanding of UAE/GCC tender processes (government and private sector)
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or e-tendering platforms is a plus
