We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties and are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to lead our acquisition efforts in Dubai. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with proven experience in the

sector. If you have a background in real estate leasing, property sourcing, or managing short-term rental units, this opportunity offers a platform to grow with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Source residential units directly from landlords, developers, and real estate agents Negotiate and close master lease agreements (1-5 years) for use as holiday homes Evaluate properties for short-term rental ROI and ensure compliance with DTCM regulations Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and brokers Work closely with operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties

Qualifications and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in leasing, property sourcing, business development, or holiday homes Proven track record in lease negotiation and property onboarding Strong network within Dubai's real estate market Solid understanding of Ejari, DTCM licensing, and local property regulations Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in negotiation and relationship management
