Role Overview



We are looking for a hands-on and highly organized Operations Manager to lead all aspects of our holiday home business. The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, optimizing internal workflows, and driving team performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Management



Oversee day-to-day operations including housekeeping, guest services, concierge, maintenance, and administration. Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and company policies. Monitor property readiness and guest satisfaction metrics.

Team Leadership



Manage and coach the operations team (housekeeping, concierge, admin, driver, etc.). Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. Foster a culture of efficiency, professionalism, and service excellence.

Process & Systems



Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions. Oversee usage of property management systems (Hostaway, Chekin, Keyless, Breezeway). Identify areas of improvement and lead operational efficiency projects.

Financial & Reporting



Track and manage operational costs including housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance. Prepare monthly operational performance reports for the CEO. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.

Guest & Owner Relations



Handle escalations from guests and owners with professionalism and solutions-focused thinking. Ensure timely resolution of complaints, damages, and disputes. Maintain strong communication with property owners to build trust and satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience in hospitality management, holiday homes, or property management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of DTCM rules and short-term rental compliance. Familiarity with property management systems (Hostaway, Pricelabs, Breezeway, etc.) is a strong plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
