Overview

The AMESA Demand Accelerator (DX) has been in place since 2019 to create and execute transformational commercial solutions that inspire smiles and accelerate growth. The focus for 2023 and beyond is to elevate the Service Model and focus more effort on deeply embedding products and capabilities. As a result, we are adding this role to support the elevation of Perfect Store (PS) capabilities to a global standard of excellence.

This position will identify and work to implement Perfect Store Global Standards for PepsiCo considering best practices from top performing markets and Industry leading trends with objective of democratizing capability and accelerating impact. This will result in strong business results being delivered as Perfect Store capabilities embed and scale around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Global, Sectors and advanced Business Units (BU) to identify, develop and establish Perfect Store global best practices/standards for implementation across PepsiCo. This would involve supporting a Perfect store community globally.
  • Support, Design & Execute existing Perfect Store programs in AMESA & Lead the establishment of PS programs in Beverages Franchise owned business.
  • Monitor and implement Industry leading trends in Perfect Store to ensure standards identified and implemented confirm PepsiCo\xe2\x80\x99s reputation internally and externally as a thought leader in this space Partner with the BU GMs, Sales leads, Global Groups and Sector/Market SVPs, VPs, and Sr. Directors to complete the AMESA DX strategy for Perfect Store
  • Drive and lead the digital and dynamic capability of Perfect store in conjunction with the Commercial Innovation lead e.g., Digital Picture of Success and Image Recognition Prioritize DX Perfect Store standards and capabilities for expansion.
  • Develop roadmap to expand Perfect Store to prioritized markets for adoption, segment priority markets by maturity
  • Collaborate effectively with broad array of keys stakeholders across Perfect Store sector/Top BU leads to drive
  • Perfect Store integrations with SFA (Sales Force Automation)
  • Develop and deploy uniform measurement of capability for Perfect Store Dimensions.
  • Work with DX Capability lead to build capability program to ensure learning application is maximized globally to address needs of Global DX Perfect Store community needs.
  • Lead a team of Data Science/Analyst to help support and design for new PS programs across Foods & Bevs.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience of internal experience in marketing, account sales or category management
  • BA required in analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering) (MBA preferred)
  • Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Has worked with Data Science teams before
  • High EQ and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to \xe2\x80\x9cmanage up\xe2\x80\x9d
