The Regional Trade Marketing Specialist will be working with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager to implement trade marketing (TM) strategies across the MENA Region, provide guidelines of execution and KPI's to local teams to ensure the best ROI for BRF.

  • Responsible to support the Regional Trade Marketing Manager by providing guidelines to Category Managers and align with local TMs on best execution tools to launch new products and improve the performance of existing ones;
  • Prepare, analyze and share inputs of Nielsen Market Share and Epos Data with the commercial team and local TMs in the distributions;
  • Plan and implement regional (MENA) TM activities (promotions, product launches, regional activations, etc.);
  • Standardize, implement and track "Perfect Store" in the MENA;
  • Work with local TM teams to track and monitor the listing status of priority SKUs across BRF's universe in the MENA region;
  • Ensure that all related parties (local TMs, sales, merchandising) are fully aligned and have enough support for a smooth implementation;
  • Develop and maintain the content for BRF's Training Academy which is dedicated to the salespeople and merchandisers;
  • Guarantee that TM execution is well implemented vs the guidelines and track it with measurable KPIs (share of leaflets, share of shelf, market share, price index, etc.)
  • Responsible for managing the TM scope of BRF's digital merchandising solution "MC1"
  • Support with the development and implementation of sales competitions in the MENA region;
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain;
Academic Background

Bachelor's in Business Management or related

Desirable requirements
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Commercial acumen (Ability to understand business performance and connect the dots on a total business level)
  • Operational strength (Ability to work the day-to-day operations)
  • Analytical skills (P&L and market intelligence reports analytics)
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work cross-functionally smoothly and establish strong relationships with peers inside and outside of marketing
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects & timely delivery effectively
  • Project management of IT solutions for salesman and merchandisers
  • Willingness to travel
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably from Sales / Trade Marketing background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Middle East region in Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Experience with different categories, BTL communication and merchandising / sales is preferrable
