Short Description
The TM Specialist is critical role for the business, as this individual is responsible for managing Coops and Self Service of Modern Trade and Groceries and Mini Markets of Traditional Trade. The individual is responsible for delivering the 4 Ps of Trade Marketing (Price, Place, Promotion, and Product) to achieve the value-added KPIs of the business. This role requires a dynamic team player, who can perform well under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, multitask, and most importantly, drive the value-added performance and creativity behind brand building on ground.
The trade marketing specialist is required to deliver the trade marketing strategy and agenda across the sub-channel focuses of Modern Trade Key Accounts, Foodservice and Eateries through the following key focus areas:
1. Business Acumen: Run monthly analytics on key business drivers, building insights into action plans to drive business results forward. These include sales excellence metrics (volume, value, sub-channel contribution, etc.), AC Nielsen/EPOS market share, Perfect Store metrics (Pricing, MSL, planogramming, space), leaflet share analysis, and distribution.
2. Activations and On-Ground Management: Leading on all brand building on-ground activities, from briefing agencies, providing feedback, bringing the idea to life on ground, managing the full execution and leading on reporting/learning post-campaigns.
3. In-Store Brand Proposition: Deploying regional and local campaigns through POSM and in-store activations. In addition, driving the Perfect Store and promo menu deployment across the market through planning, aligning with sales and logistics, ensuring stock availability, managing promo material and co-packing, and working with the agencies on the promo messaging and look & feel.
4. Relationship Building: Driving cross-functional working relationships with logistics, sales, finance, arts, production, procurement, business development, and the regional office.
5. Budget Management: Monthly and quarterly outlook on the budget, managing PO creations, invoice bookings, updates of actual spends, and spending in line with the plans.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any equivalent field.
Desirable requirements
  • English is a must.
  • Arabic or Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Analytical Skills & Communication Skills
Experience
3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
